It is dedicated to investigation, deliberation and systemic determination of essential concepts and statements of andragogy – new science on education which investigates and regulates adult learning. Basing on analysis of developments of adult education and its theories, in the book, for the first time in national sciences of education, are formulated essential theoretical approaches to the organization of adult education, are analyzed the differences between andragogical and pedagogical models of learning, are formulated essential andragogical principles of learning, are observed the main stages and outlined trends of development of adult education and andragogy, are determined essential parameters of technology of adult learning, are analyzed the basic characteristics of activities and determined the bases of training of adult educators - andragogues.
