Department of Andragogy at Institute of General Education attached to theMinistry of Education of Russian Federationo the Department was created by Serguey I.Zmeyov in 1992. Since this date in the Department are carried out researches on: Problems of theory, technology, history, philosophy of adult education; Theoretical and methodological fundamentals of training and continuing training of teachers and other specialists for adult, continuing and higher education; Problems of comparative adult education. Researchers of Department in collaboration with other outstanding Russian scientists have elaborated: Essential principles of adult learning and conditioning of their realisation in the process of adult learning and continuing education; Block of andragogical matters of State educational standard of higher professional education on the "Andragogy" as a field of study (1995); Official requirements of Certificate of additional professional qualification of Andragogue (2001); Concept, model and sample curricula of two- and four-years training of adult educators (andragogues) on the levels of BSc and MSc in Andragogy on the bias of higher professional education (BA degree); Concept of the system of adult education as a sphere of educational services; Concept of development of adult education in Russia (2001). Model and practical recommendations for implementation of the educational guidance service Inside of Department were created: Monograph "Andragogy: Foundations of theory of adult learning" (1999); Programmes of studies for higher education on the matters included in the State educational standard of higher professional education on the "Andragogy" as a field of study: "Foundations of andragogy"; "Technology of adult learning", "Technology of autonomous learning", "History of andragogical concepts and ideas". Manuals: "Foundations of andragogy"(1999); "Technology of adult learning"(2002), "How to learn learning. Technology of autonomous learning"(1997). Department has good relationships with many researchers from Russia, Estonia, Slovenia, France, Great Britain, United States of America, Germany, Finland. Department has established and maintains firm scientific partnership with a number of international organisations and scientific and educational centres of adult education in Russia and abroad: European Society of Researches on Education of Adults - ESREA; International Society of Comparative Adult Education - ISCAE; Scientific-methodological Council on Adult Education at the Ministry of Education of Russian Federation; All-Russia "Znanie" Society; Institute of Adult Education of Russian Academy of Education (S.-Petersburg); Chairs of andragogy at: Tatar institute for promotion of business (Kazan); Pedagogical university of Krasnoyarsk, Pedagogical university of Oriol; Slovenian Centre of Adult Education - Andragoљki center Slovenije; Chaire de formation des adultes - Conservatoire National des Arts et Mкtiers, Paris; Le service Formation continue de l'Universitй de Nantes.  |
